Where can I find an inexensive, heavy action rod building kit?

I am into catfishing and bass fishing and I prefer casting rods over spinning rods.

1. I don't beleive anyone makes a pre-assembled kit for what you want. You'd have to purchase the components separately and go from there. By the time you get through, it will no longer be inexpensive.
