Totem Tribe: How do I assemble the fishing rod?

I have all of the parts for the fishing rod, I think. There's a spot in the south part of the island where the water swirls. Who do I give the parts to or how do I assemble it?

1. Your fishing rod will assemble automatically when you have all the parts. Hook, bait, rod, string and floater = success. you have to use the idol to get the Clairvoyance spell, then go to your top left corner and use it out in the water is the string. You get a fish when you click the swirling water (which by the way will chance position on every new map) you can give to the penguin guy for a little nifty bonus. best of luck mate :) Peter
2. don't forget to get all the shells as well - you will need them for 2 things - look hard though - they are well hidden
