What's the difference with a spinning rod and a rod that you push the button to cast with?

- The spinning rod you hold the string with you index finger after you open the bail, then release at the top of your cast. The push button you hold the button until the top of your cast then release. Follow the links
- one in my opinion is meant for people learning how to fish (the button one) you can cast out further with the spinning rod and it is not as much of a pain in the ass to put more line on then the push button the spinning rod also tends to feel much more sturdy then the button rod
- I love to fish and I think I will send this to my friends r and J and Fibbie. They are Big Time Fishermen. The site has a lot of info I don't understand even though I fish for trout. Thanks for the site as I will have to get more gear than I have now. I need more lures and jiggers lol I don't know if jigger is something for fishing hahahhahaha I hope it works to catch fish. I hope that what I use for fishing (i use a hook and worm) if I get this gear I hope that it is not all for a loss cause. If so my man will be mad at me for it. lol
- never saw any one ever use a push button real on a shark-sail fish or salmon for that matter suppose you could but why. spinner reels have a better feel put your finger on the line and you can feel the minnow or worm moving around. better for larger fish even though they make a very large push button type I have both and a lot of them. luck
