How do you put a spinning reel on a rod!?!?

i need help. i need to learn how to put a spinning reel on a surf rod.

2. I don't.If it's anything like a freshwater rod the top part of the handle twists and moves up or down.I'm guessing surf rods might be different though.
3. either the rear handle will twist or there will be a nut that turns up to the reel seat. if it is a tennessee handle rod,there will be 2 sleeves on the handle and they slide over the reel set,one in front one in back of the reel. most of ur tennessee handle rods are light action rods. also some of your reel seats the nut will be on the front and scre backwards.
