how to use a closed spinning cast rod?

I have a closed spinner cast rod. I have the line on the spool, however, I do not know how to thread the line up through some sort of a pulley system and then out the top to the guides. I have tried so many ways and I can not seem to figure it out. Help please!!

1. Perhaps if you could post a link to a picture of this outfit it would help, because a close spinning reel is not used on a casting rod, your question seems a bit confusing. Here goes anyway, normally you just remove the cover run the line through the hole in the center reattach the cover and then run the line up through all the guides on the rod.
