Is the Shakespeare Bws1100 100 a spinning rod?

I'm looking at one for fishing at the Juno Beach pier.

2. Yes - the "s" in the Shakespeare labeling designates the rod as spinning. The 100 is really 10' 0", or 10 ft, designating the length.
