Harvest Moon Tree of Tranquility, I have a question about the power berry from level 3 fishing rod?

I'm playing as my child now, and since all of my tools were at least level 4 they are all now level 3. Well, I know that in my first file I got a power berry from getting to level 3 with the fishing rod. But now my fishing rod is already at level 3. Can I not get it in this file?

1. You can get the Power Berry in the child file at skill level 4. "Power Berries: - There are 5 (each one increases stamina by 100 pts) - Fishing rod reaches level 3 - Or lvl 4 if in child file and had lvl 3 in original file - Comes from rod level increase & not from type of fish caught" Good luck. ^^
