Is there a way to hang a curtain without a rod?
I heard that there was a way to hang a curtain, or there was some type of curtain that you could buy where you use little metal hanging clips and attach them to a pole for them to slide onto (or something like that). But there is no rod being used. Does anyone know what I am talking about or what the name of this type of curtain mechanism is?

- It involves 'hooks'...good luck.
- check out the do it yourself and home and garden networks and their websites.
- String Spring Shower curtain rod (tension rods) You can like drape it with the proper holders. dow rods
- No idea
- enter it in the search bar and see what pops up
- Go to any good DIY or hardware store and I'm sure they will be able to help you
- What do you have against rods? :) Hang up a hook on each side, put a rod through your curtains , and set rod on hooks.
- It's window pannels and tracks. I have those in my house, and I absolutuly hate them lol. I switched to a regular curtain wiht a rod, but I suppose it's all a personal preferance. I attached a link to jcpenny. I think that is what you mean....
- The only clips I know of are rings that have a type of pinch clip attached. But you still would have to have a pair of brackets at each edge of the window, and a rod that the rings would slide onto. The curtain itself won't have a pocket for a regular curtain rod to slide into --- that's where the clips come in. The only type of curtain that I know of that doesn't require any brackets would be the tension rod kind, where the rod fits tightly inside the window frame --- that way you avoid putting any holes in the wall. You might want to go to a craft store where they sell fabric, or a fabric store and ask someone about your options. Around here there are Jo-Ann Etc. stores that could help you.
- maybe a string or rope you can hang nails each side tie string (maybe ) AGRAHHHh
- use a staple gun!
