What is the best spinning rod for less than $50?

I'm mainly going to be using it for finesse worms, tubes, and basically all soft plastics?

  1. In my honest opinion, the Berkley Shock Series is one of the cheapest, yet sensitive rod you could purchase in the $50-$60 range. - Berkley Shock rod- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_104159____SearchResults The 7' M rod is a solid rod for Soft Plastics. (Some of the "reviewers" for this rod on BPS sound like simpletons.......) Other options?? 1. Get the 7' one-piece M. 2. St. Croix, Triumph Rod- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_103653_100002002_100000000_100002000_100-2-2 3. Berkley Lightning Rod- 7' M- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_89130____SearchResults ugh.......you'll probably get some "yahoo's" telling you to buy an Ugly Stik- they are about as sensitive as a broom handle.....and sensitivity is what you need when fishing Soft Plastics. Hope this helps ya?
