Is there a two piece fishing rod that can do it all?

Ideally something that is good from a boat, the shore, a bridge, a jetty, salt water and fresh water. Is there a miracle fishing rod out there? If not what set up will be the most well rounded? I know nothing and i am not afraid to spend for high quality.

1. an "Ugly stick" is a good rod. and yes thats the actual name of the rod is "Ugly stick". I believe shakespear makes them. They can bend like its cool. I havent tried them from a boat yet, but from an enbankment, bridge, peir, jetty, you name it. depending on your location, they usually run about $20 - $30 maybe more. But they are good rods.
2. if you want a good sensitive rod, buy a 1 piece. 2 pieces are less sensitive, but more easy to travel with. if fishing saltwater, try a berkely big game 1 piece rod. freshwater, a 1 piece ugly stik lite is the upgraded ugly stick and is a great choice for versatile fishing, even for mid size saltwater fish like redfish & speckeled trout
3. Get a carbon fiber rod
